The two key themes are:<\/p><ol><li><strong>impaired driving (alcohol or drugs);<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>distracted driving.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>The \u201cMoron Games\u201d is a brand-new competition, and the concept is new, because here nobody wants to win the title of \u201cGreatest Moron\u201d.
